Cardinal SMP is a semi-anarchy and semi-vanilla Minecraft Survival server with two owners, flatlary and ItzCody14, where griefing, stealing, and PvP are allowed, and hacks or anything that gives unfair advantages is not (see below for more clarity on what is and is not allowed). It has economy features and ranks, plus Terra world generation and a 100K world border! Players also have access to commands like /spawn and /tpa, but none for setting home or warps.
